About the Role
We’re hiring talented, driven individuals with great energy and initiative to run cold-outreach campaigns, maintain warming sequences, and field inbound leads. Business Development Representatives (BDRs) act as the primary point of contact for the sales team—initiating and nurturing customer relationships through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
As a BDR at DecisionNext, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach into new sectors and accounts. The focus is primarily outbound—identifying and engaging enterprise prospects—but you’ll also have opportunities to lead early-stage conversations with smaller accounts as you grow in the role.
This role is an opportunity to take initiative, build strong pipelines, and learn how to create measurable impact within a collaborative, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry a monthly engagement quota and consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals.
- Execute multi-channel outbound strategies, engaging key decision makers and booking qualified meetings to build pipeline.
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to research and prospect qualified leads.
- Support inbound lead qualification and route opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive.
- Test and iterate on outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting approaches to improve performance.
- Track all activity and maintain clean, accurate data in Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to align outreach efforts and messaging.
- Identify new sectors, accounts, and creative approaches to reach target audiences, contributing ideas that help DecisionNext grow.
